its free. you just have to know what site the online game belongs. they have a free installer in their downloads section.
ex: FLYFF which can be downloaded at flyff.com.ph

@pochaco: If you are referring to Perfect World/Ragnarok/Flyff/Ran/ and most games on Internet Café, they are FREE of charge, you can download them on their respective websites(some you need to have a CD Installer).
