Yes sa balay..Well so far it has high quality bai but sometimes naa pud mga defectives but the good thing on it is that the distributor of it here in Cebu has always have stocks available for replacements..So you can have an outright replacement... But in terms of quality okay ni siya..Ka level ni sa linksys... but mas cheaper..Sa market you can buy it at around 2,200 to 2,500 price range...

by the way about the warranty....in the US the warranty is only one year but here in Asia the warranty is 2 years.

im using this model now and found this thread. ask unta ko if using only the MAC capability of the configuration okay naba cya for security?i mean it only connects to the address being input by the setting right?
or do i really need wpa or wpa2 or wep to be enabled ky para wala ny daghan password2x ipang hatag pah ky lisud nah if ma katag na kaau ang password hinuon.

ask lang ko whos using this router:

normal bani nga experience nga mo kalit lang ka disconnect ang router sa imong notebook? i mean mga almost every 20-30mins of surfing mo disconnect mn cya and mag reconnect nasad kog balik.. the only security that im using is the MAC filtering putting my physical address to the router's config. i have also adjusted the client lease time to max 9,999 mins. but still every 20-30mins of online ma disconnect lang jud cya ma putol akong mga DL. paets

anyone have the same problem??

akong timbang timbang bro.. di jud na normal... pero wala paman sad noon ko ka config ana nga brand bro.. linksys ug d-link raman to akong na config, usba kaha na ug config, kay ang akong ge pang config nga mga routers nga wireless di man ing ana.

akong gi set ang ip add to 192.168.0.1 (by the way para unsa diay ni cya?) and akong gi set ang max lease time to 9999 and max no. of dhcp users to 50.

mac filtering is not bad, and also disable ur ssid broadcast...

as for the dc, does ur ip change after getting dc? there are alot of factors to look at, might me ur router,laptop or internet connection... try connecting directly to there modem to see if u still get dc. use download accelarators when downloading so it has resume features..

lease time - is the amount of time the router lease one of its ip to dhcp clients
nos. of dhcp users- maximum nos of dhcp clients that will be given ip address

@realinsanepnoy: after being dc the same ip shows up wala na usab. only my notebook ang ma dc but my desktop is continuously online so maybe we can rule out if its the internet... ang ako pung notebook asus ni cya T2130 ra nuon but 1.5months use paman ni.. so far if mag connect ko ani og laing location okay mn ang connection walay putol2x, ma putol rah cya diri sa among balay. If its the router i really have no idea ky dili ko expert sa router mo config ky bisan pag duol na au ang notebook nako sa linksys mo dc lng jud ghpon cya mga almost every 20-30mins or sometimes 1hour. ahak ani oi....

your inputs and expertise needed.. ang linksys kahay naay problem ani?or ang akong config? 5 days paman ni nako na gamit newly bought
