HOW TO BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
My apologies to all for not reading the entire thread but one thing that I noticed after years of having conversations with putis and itoms in States, they don't use proper grammar. We have by far (pinoys/pinays) have the greatest advantage. you don't need to be fluent but to use proper diction and people will understand you because as I have said, we have the advantage among them. Fluency in english has to be born with it and it's so hard to do it expeciallly we're not...
We all already have them - the tools, materials, the ability. The question is, how would the other person that you are talking would understand you?

practice conversing in english i guess..
