RAM, usually mahugaw iyang contact, Too much heat can cause it to fail, static electricity, factory low quality.. -- common reasons why ram fails.
cs2032 or the motherboard battery, powers up the CMOS..... CMOS keeps the data you set in your BIOS. the very common problem caused by a dead or low voltage battery is that your computer "cannot remember time" especially when you unplugged it from the outlet.
- you set time today and the following day your time resets....
