i tried melatonin too...pro once pa...ma-anad unya ko! very effective jud...straight jd ang imo sleep...
but i won't recommend it as maintenance medication kay ma-immune jud ka ani...better pa cguro antihistamine (like benadryl) ang i-take...
at least daghan ta naay ing ani na problema...
