Melatonin is helpful, when I have trouble sleeping I just take melatonin.. do you know according to studies when you are taking melatonin it helps with your overall health and immune system kay with a study on 5 grams of melatonin intake during sleep, your body system stays in HIBERNATION, just like animals nga they hibernate for a whole winter season and that they live longer and better even if they don't eat for a few months.. Melatonin contributes to the general well being of a person kay it is also used as meds for people who are depressed and worries alot to give them a proper snooze and rest time..

just let it go bro..don't think of it much..divert ur self..no need to get drunk or some meds!!!
just get urself busy during the day...or u may do exercises like push-ups, 3 hours before u sleep..
u'l get used to it bro...watching tv won't do!read books that u don't like...hehe...
and last and most important thing bro..don't forget to say the "PRAYER"!!!
relax ur mind and think of it as u don't have insomnia!!!
