XyNo: Bro...let me share this with you.
In photography...there is always never a bad shot. Every shot you make is unique and will always be your own. Just like in painting. There is never a bad painting but will always be a one of a kind. Every artists has their own unique and different style. Mao na in every photographer, lain-lain jud na kuha kay lain-lain jud ta mga diskarte and style in taking photo shots. You can learn the techniques and master the skill though but you can never learn the deeper side of photography until you learn it by your self and develop you own style/diskarte. You have to have the PASSION and PATIENCE of Photography. And of course...Prectice makes Perfect! The more you make your errors (technical side), the more you learn and improve them.

For my assessment, this is what I think.
Your 1st shot on the running buses was great na! nice shot na...nice effect.
Your 2nd shot though needs improvement. Since your subject is the water fountain...you should have not included the rest of the pool and focused on the wall closer because the wall has a nice mosaic or abstract like design. Face the front side of the wall and shot it in a slower speed thus capturing the water effect falling from the wall.
Remember, photography is not just point and shoot. You have to think of the important aspects like angle, lighting, time, etc...
OR you could still capture the whole fountain but waited for the right time. Take a shot on it on the night time or evening when the lighting for the fountain comes out thus capturing the ambiance and color of the fountain.
