To have much greater on-page SEO, I suggest sidebar and header navigation be placed after the page title. Search engine spiders starts crawling from the header>left sidebar>content>right sidebar>footer....So its best to place your Posts title above all.

And I'm not a fan of TEXT Headers. Try making it an Image header so that your Post title will be read first by the crawlers.
