psp freezes or hanging

hi my psp is 3.52m33 -4 fat version

ive been playing the same games grand theft auto for a year now ,,,just recently i notice that my psp keeps hanging (FREEZING NOT MOVING) while in the game,,,,

then it would say error unable to read umd,,,what i would usually do is flick the standby button then it would work again then after 5 min it would hang again...... can anyone help? my firmware 3.52m33-4 allows me to play games without using a umd.

i tried formatting my memory card fat32 cuz i tried using fat16 my psp didnt recognize my mem card! i also tried resetting flash0 ,,still no luck!

is this a memory card problem or firmware??

whats the latest cfw version thats compatible with my fat psp??

i mean i had no problem with this before?? wats the solution?? thanks

4gig imo gamit? ngano dli man nya i recognize ang fat16? ma recognize man jud na. gi unsa man nmo pag reformat?

i tried going to start menu, run, ...kalimot ko sa command....anyway....wala man na recognize sa psp after gi reformat nako ,,i look for the mem card sa ako comp,,,,then format.....fat32 ra man available so format ,,,,then transfered sa psp then gi reformat napud nako . then mao ra gyapon hang ups between the games.

i have a 4gig sony magic gate. dunno if this is class a or b or original,,,it came with my psp when i bought it! thanks

bac naa jud prob sa memory card. kay katong class a pud nako mamili cya ug games na iya ganahan i save. ang uban games i corrupt nya ang savegame. maski i reformat nako mao ghapn prob.

How to format specifying filesystem
1. Go to Start Menu -> Run...
2. Type 'cmd' without quotes
3. At command prompt, type:
'format x: /q /fs:FAT' (without quotes, this is for FAT16 filesystem)
'format x: /q /fs:FAT32' (without quotes, this is for FAT32 filesystem)
(change x to your MS drive)

If asks for a Force Dismount, choose yes.
If it warns you about compatibility problems on FAT16, just ignore it. (read #2 on Some Facts about compatibility)
If it asks for a Volume Label, just type anything or none at all.

this is exactly how reformatted it at first fat16 ,,,,,,,, i did that,,,,then when i put the mem card back to the psp it doesnt recognize it! since ordinarily if you go to your mem card then choose format,,,it would only give you the option fat32 in windows os.... any how.... it would still hang now...fat32 mind you.

dha sa freespace sa card. sa sulod sa psp. press triangle button. unya i click information. mugawas nang user capacity, free space unya magicgate. pag blank gani, class A imo card. pro kung original naay nakabutang na supported.

Class A ang memory card kung dili magicgate supported. Ang nakabutang kay magicgate unknown. I triangle button imo card space makita man didto kung supported or not. Try blackspeed para macheck nimo kung hinay or kusug imo read n write sa memroystick imo gamit.
