when you are downloading, it will depends on the server sa imong gidownloadan and not sa imong bandwdith..and also, bandwidth is in kilobits per seconds (kbps) and when in downloading it is in Kilobytes per sec (KBps) and 8 bits = 1 Byte so lahi sa jud sila..with regards sa streaming, hindi lahat is continous, maybe due to congestion and also sa length ng pinapanood mo..
