    How about gamit ug Policy Editor(PolEdit)? I don't know unsa ang equivalent sa Windows XP ang PolEdit. Kay ang PolEdit kay maka-customize ka sa imong mga settings.

    Sa internet connection, maybe you install a proxy i.e. squid(http://www.squid-cache.org).
