Though I keep on hearing the song 'Huwag na Huwag mong Sasabihin' (that was when Lovers in Paris was aired in ABS) I already have that in mind thinking its was just another ordinary song promotion kick-off and blah blah. Until one day I am bored and came info research about the group (wala lang lay lingaw) and found out something. Kitchie came from Mojofly (her previous band) and was pulled-out to perform solo. A producer found out her talents need to be exposed more than just a rock band member. I sort of reading the songs she composed (mostly she does it with the help of her band) and utterly say she is indeed talented. I mean writing songs while thinking of the melody and all that stuff is not that easy. I takes you to be more than exposed in the music arena to create a song that hits the charts.
One thing I like about Kitchie (aside from being cute) is her style in song writing and her voice (though i can sense a little Alanis Morisette on her) . Her true husky voice makes me pick her to be one of my favorites.

she performed great in the song "same ground".... at first i really thought it is from a foreign artist.

i've heard the song the melody nice. the lyrics of the song tells about self denial . you may refuse to show your inner self but you can never deny the feeling you have - thats love . i think thats what kitchie wants to say on that song...very crafty lyrics kamao gyud

i like her, probably one of the most worthwhile OPM artists around. she has her own craft although sometimes i worry that she's been exposed too much and my tendency to dislike her tempts me.
