open cut can affect your energy.

The bout last Saturday was a very embarassing incident for us Cebuanos. It would have been justified if Darchinyan won the fight but he didn't. He was clearly robbed of the win. The referee's ruling of a knockdown on a Gorres slip was the one that triggered it all. The referee was already intimidated after the pelting incident in round 1. I saw him in the neutral corner resting his arms on the ropes after round 1. He was shaking his head in disbelief. But even if the referree was the one to blame for not taking control of the fight, it should not have been marred by throwing of water battles inside the ring. To think that this fight was shown live on pay-per-view not only in Australia but worldwide. I think we guys know better than throwing bottles. I also think that the organizers failed to put up security personnels in the fight. This was a major international fight but there were no security personnels to at least take care of controlling the crowd.

Gary Shaw was obviously frustrated with the outcome of the fight. He's a major figure in boxing. He vowed not to return in the Philippines again. Yes, this very influential man surely knows what to tell anyone not only about the fight but also about us...

    sakto ka bro.
in fact si Gary Shaw is an international promoter. unsa nalang ipang sturya ana didto sa US?

the reality for me is that, the owner of ALA gym kinahanglan mo review and change sa ilang training strategy.
for me, theres something wrong with there training strategy.

dili ko mo ingon nga pulihan sila villamor nga coach ni gorres. but they have to check and change their training strategy.
i think they need to consult freddie roach about this issue. hehe.

Gorres claimed that he trained for 5 months for this fight. Bacn wla ma tarong iyang pag Peak sa fight. Chances are na over train sya. A full 6 months training is actually good for fighters who have been inactive for say like 2 years as in the case of Felix Trinidad come back fight against Roy Jones where he needs to get back to his fighting form. Roach training program for Pacquiao on the other hand only consist of 8 weeks or 2 months to Peak for a fight w/c Pacquiao claims as very effective as shown in his previous fights.

sakto, daan pa lagi ko, looking at his previous fight with montiel, wala gyud kalainan sa iyang fighting style karon kang darchinyan, hehe.
i know dili lalim ang boxing.
very poor style ang ilang training strategy.
ok raman ma pildi, basta dili lang ka mahayan nga wala ta hangin nga enough para sa fight. dapat wala ka excuses kay nag train gud ka for almost three months.
