Mostly those IT recuriter guys are leveraging the use over the internet thats why it cuts the middle man which is supposively between the OFW->Gov<-Direct dire Empoyer.. now the pipeline will look like this OFW->Agencies>Gov<Agencies<-Direct dire Employer.. you can see the cash flow imagaine I know a lot of OFWs who signed a contract with the agencies some of them will have a service for more than a year so ilang income di pa igo ibayad sa ilang utang sa agency.. how come? the hard earned money agency man hinoon maka profit mau gud na ilang negosyo.. right?

Obviously this policy sort of a protection for the agencies... and if I have a choice to apply for a job via Agency versus direct hire - I would go for direct hire Anyway, if I will work for a direct hire employers I will comply the PDOS, OWWA issurance, PhiliHelath payment that would cost me more than 6K pesos.. so ang government maka kwarat gihapon maski wap a ka nag start sa imong work
