a business is never a low risk, even with franchises or sole proprietorship.

jollibee and mcdonalds from an outsiders point of view seems like its a "sureball" kind of business, but in reality its not. nothing is business is a "sure" thing

mao jud, I mean just look at some of the jollibee outlets in cebu gud, some are doing pretty well, while some are just doing so-so lang, it all boils down to a gud feasibility study when it comes to business, excellent management, and a lot of luck for any venture to be seen as a low/no risk....

Really then why are all jolibee fanchise owners multi millionairss right now ?

Maybe theyre multi millionaires to begin with...
Most jolibees are corporate owned. only a few are franchised. Take a look at macro jolibee... no comment. hehe.

also, naa toy nag advertise sauna diri na 95% success rate daw ang franchising and even has the figures to back it up. hehe. maybe those 95% were successful in manila and the other 5% were in cebu. hehe.

hi. all business have risks. you just have to manage it. with regards to franchising, not all jollibee or mcdo are profitable. yes the franchisee are rich because they are already in that stage before entering into the fastfood venture. if you franchise say a jollibee or mcdo, you would have to put in a minimum of 15-20M and they won't approve your application if thats all you have because of the fact that ROI takes around 5-10 years for this business.

I know of 1 person nga nakakita ug 30M, para daw sa jollibee nga franchise pero gi disapprove.

If mo franchise og business you don't need to have a feasibility study to yourself because it's the company who do the feasibility study like the viability sa location og OK ba.. Franchising og dagko na investment wala naka labad sa ulo kay ilaha na tanan ang imoha lang labaron investment lang og asa ka ana mokuha kay dagko sad og investment sakto sila 20-30M jollibbee.
