Two thousand years ago, the ancients prophesied the birth of a child-- a child who shall deliver the human race from the onslaught of evil. His name shall be called "simoncpu."

    Behold, for I am he.

Paminaw na lang ta sa Imagine ni John Lennon para magwapo tang tanan.

Atheism is the absence of belief in a higher being; therefore, it is a religion.

Brod, sorry to know that you moved on to a different path. Wish you all the luck.

Now, we'll try to figure out where in this fine line of atheism is religion. If you remember, there is no holy books, no godly books but practical thoughts about scratch out of pitiable existence. There is no set or rules, no prayers, no pastors, no leader in atheism that we (or you used to follow). Except people (atheist) are realitistically know for a fact that god don't exist.

In any sense, may you have a happy life ahead of you.

Everything that you have mentioned are the guidelines for atheism. In places like U.S.A and other develope countries , they have an official atheistic organization and they do have a leader, they have creeds and set of rules and beliefs.

Well christianity started out as an organization. Besides any organization that deals to and against a certain god is considered as religion.

baptism? no they dont do baptism but they have their own version of it. Its called profession.

for posers here is the real DOCTRINE of atheism. Take note "DOCTRINE" ha.

Atheism is a doctrine that states that nothing exists but natural phenomena (matter), that thought is a property or function of matter, and that death irreversibly and totally terminates individual organic units. This definition means that there are no forces, phenomena, or entities which exist outside of or apart from physical nature, or which transcend nature, or are “super” natural, nor can there be. Humankind is on its own.

    ---from AMERICAN ATHEIST organization

then here is their sort of a creed...

“Your petitioners are Atheists and they define their beliefs as follows. An Atheist loves his fellow man instead of god. An Atheist believes that heaven is something for which we should work now – here on earth for all men together to enjoy.

An Atheist believes that he can get no help through prayer but that he must find in himself the inner conviction, and strength to meet life, to grapple with it, to subdue it and enjoy it.

An Atheist believes that only in a knowledge of himself and a knowledge of his fellow man can he find the understanding that will help to a life of fulfillment.

He seeks to know himself and his fellow man rather than to know a god. An Atheist believes that a hospital should be built instead of a church. An Atheist believes that a deed must be done instead of a prayer said. An Atheist strives for involvement in life and not escape into death. He wants disease conquered, poverty vanquished, war eliminated. He wants man to understand and love man.

He wants an ethical way of life. He believes that we cannot rely on a god or channel action into prayer nor hope for an end of troubles in a hereafter.

He believes that we are our brother's keepers; and are keepers of our own lives; that we are responsible persons and the job is here and the time is now.”

creed n doctrine? sounds like religion.

Kaya nga eh... ano ba talaga kuya?! Istorya is also an organization; therefore, it is a religion!!!

All Istorya members are followers of a new age religion called Istoryanism!!! Dapat ma accredit na jud ni nga Istorya organization para mas legitimate ni nga religion.
