@vipvip68 and @michebern: Did you set your Video out clone mode? If you did I think this is your problem. Because you can only have one resolution and it follows what you have on your main monitor.

So I cant enable dual view with the secondary display being the LCD TV?
Finally I found the solution
After Calling Samsung Customer Service - 1-800-10-samsung, the girl told me that its normal that my 32LR81B will be running only 12** x 720. I asked her can't the TV run on its native resolution of 1366 x 768 using HDMI while if I use VGA it can. Well she said yes that's the case. I asked how do I solve the overscan? using the 12** x 720 resolution is acceptable but its still kinda off due to the overscan. She simply said "Just set it to a lower resolution Sir and Get back to me"I guess that was the end of our conversation.
SOLUTION:
I researched and researched about powerstrip. Uninstalled and Reinstalled nvidia drivers and the powerstrip itself. Setup a custom driver for the LCD TV using powerstrip. Used a newer and tweaked nvidia drivers (like ones in omegadrivers). Added the custom resolution in powerstrip through the advance timing button, and viola I got a MODE NOT SUPPORTED. Before, I got a picture but somewhat double horizontal scanlines but this time, a black background with a MODE NOT SUPPORTED appeared after I set it over the 12** x 720 resolution.
By God's blessing, a friend who is a LCD / PLASMA enthusiast called me up and I remembered my dilemma and shared it to him. He asked me where I plugged my HDMI cable. I said its in HDMI 1. He said remove it and Plug it in to HDMI 2 or 3 port. Before you do that , Turn your LCD off and Restart your PC. After we talked, I did what he said and plugged it in HDMI 2. When my comp finally booted up, I turned on the LCD TV and yes it was still using the 12** x 720 resolution. I opened powerstrip used the customize resolution, and VIOLA! ITS SOLVED.![]()
