those are one activities of your harddrive. shutting down your pc immediately without waiting for the process to finish
allocating into your harddrive from the memory will more likely harm your HDD but the threat actually is not in your harddrive but in your registry. so in this process you might have problem with your OS later on. but in the long run if it continues you surely you will be having problems with the clusters/sectors of your harddrive which will lead to undetectable HDD or worst replacement.
like what yokam said.. its better to run a checkdisk or defragmentation on your HDD... hmmm maybe every month.
just my humble opinion tho hehehe
try to ask kung ngano ilang gi restart, kay pwede man nimo isulti nga "para pud ma monitor nimo bah kay basin naay problema jud ang pc". pero naay uban nga customer ilang i restart kay nag hang na due to porno sites nga grabe kaau ug pop-up windows..... restarting has its purpose, pero kung cge ka ug improper restart, aw, mura na ug nag kaon ka nga pirmi ka ma yab-an ug sabaw...
morag ok ra man goro basta di lang toplokon reset largo basta e restart lang normally.
