It is both a decision and a feeling...

When you fall in love, that't the feeling you have no control over but when you choose to love someone, that takes a lot of decision making because if you say you love someone you are choosing to be with that person no matter what....

Decision and feeling.

Love is a bond or connection between two people's spirit, emotion, body and mind . If its only emotions, for me, it will fade with time.
