a friend of mine needs help:


i won a competition on a particular event worth huge amount of money
it was a photo contest

evidences: a print ad from sunstar, magazine, website and radio announcement
it was clear that they will give the exact amount on ___

but until now, the prize money has not yet been given or theyre not going to...

how do i suggest them to impose ethical procedures on this, hopefully someone could help me.
