in the LTO south terminal they also have a big sign that says "beware of fixer" but according to the jeepney driver who used to claim his license there, that one of the officer in LTO south terminal is also a fixer. how true is this? shame on you officials..

ive had my license for almost 6years. ive had a lot of encounters with LTO personnel too. i got clamped twice, ive renewed and reregistered lotsa times as well. true, most are "kaduda-duda" just like any other employee any other government offices. and just like any other government office, makamatay ang paglinya ug follow up ug papers. kung wai datung, wa pud ka.
pero in fairness, naa koi nice na experience sa lto. when i first got my license, sayop akong name. and i talked to an LTO guy kai sayop lagi... and blahblah... unexpectedly he helped me out. gipasulod ko sa office nya in 5 mins, i got my license with the right name on it. gi-usab tanan didto and all.. nya ba-bye na dayon ko. murag sincere to siya kai wala man nangayo ug something. gitabangan ra jud ko. mao toh..

operational naba ang "online renewal" sa LTO?! late last year mani nigawas...naai update ani?
