It is MItsu's mini SUV entry , atbang na siya sa mga CRV , Xtrail , Escape , Rav 4 etc . They are talking about the Mid size SUV model we commonly see in Cebu , the regular Pajero . COrrect me also for the wrong info , the Pajero/Montero is not a full size but a mid size SUV .

rest assured mga bro most of 2005 models of SUV's are equipped with electronic modifications to prevent rollovers in oversteering and ither situations..

i think the montero has different engine than the pajero..smaller and the drivetrain is different..luxury features are not the same though..But it has the 2x4 and 4x4 variant..Pajero can be bought in other countries as well..The montero was design for people who cannot afford a pajero but want to experience the the feeling of a pajero...The pajero is the king of the hill.

- MOntero has a 3.5 liter engine and Pajero has the 2.8 liter engine w/ a turbo diesel option.

- Probably the Montero u are talking about is the MNTERO SPORT w/c is not he counterpart of the PAJERO . Even the 3 door Pajero is different also . Walay ni gawas na PAJERO na mini SUV type , mid size tanan so comparable ra gyud sa MONTERO and PAJERO models ( MID SIZE SUV'S )

- Drive train is the same , both have the TECHTRONIC TRANSMISSION , pwede ka mag manual if puk-an ka sa automatic vice versa . regarding sa luxury niya , medyo ahead and Montero because of the availability of options lang ni siya sa PAJERO and standard ni siya sa MONTERO like the leather seats and sun roof .

Montero is for USDM - it has gasoline engine.
Pajero for Asian Market - diesel engine.

Actually bai PAJERO in SPANISH means " masturbation " or something like that . To make it more simpler .... US market is Montero and pajero is Japan market .


By the way , only PAJERO gets the diesel engines offered by MItsu .
