Who fixes LCD Monitors ?

I know this person very well. He is a master in terms of repair for LCD and CRT monitors. He's techniques is awesome... I'm his apprentice...

I have a problem with a BENQ FP71G+ 17" LCD. Other forums say, its the cfl or the power inverter that's busted.

Problems:

- display goes blank a few minutes after power up. (i have to turn it off/on to make it display again)
- when changing resolutions on display, display comes back and turns off again.
- when display goes blank. still the power led indicates the lcd is still on (not in standby)

Does anyone know who fixes these kinds of problems?

could be caused by a failing C5707 transistors that also regulates power on the inverter unit of your LCD panel. mine FP737S is serviced at compushack and we're waiting for these transistor to arrive. ordered online.

basta running @60-75hz gni kai mo karat xa.. naai mga horizontal lines ug distorted au ang display..

i'm running my refresh screen rate @50hz (using nvidia control panel) kai mwala na ang karat.. kidala mni sa mnila tapos wla jud nkaau ani did2.. mga bro ingon nila IC daw guba ani. mdala pni sa inyu service?

ya could be a DAC problem of your monitor. i dont know if replacement parts are available in cebu.. coz in my case even transistors are not available locally.
