Strongly agree with stebnaz23. Just like a thief. Some would say that most of the thieves became thieves because they lack education. Well, enroll a thief to a university. The only improvement you'll get is you made him an educated thief. The fact still remains, once a thief, will always be a thief. So, a cheater will always be a cheater.
