are u behind a router??
just restart the router or reset ur ip... am not sure why globelines is having this kind of problems nowadays..

this is usually a bluecoat policy on the server preventing access to sites, might be globelines issue again....

and if it is the cause of a virus... would you please state the name of the virus? thanks

i have that problem sad. everyone i know na naka globelines has the same problem. i-refresh ra na or restart ang modem. but ang samuk diha, i cant send files through ym. if i send a word file, mu-error sya pero mu-gawas ang file sa receipient. when you open the file, ang suod ng file is tcp error..... it happened naman before and i called globelines about it. they fixed it man dayun after a day. everyone jud na naka-globelines, na wa ang problem. karun ni-balik nasad. i called 2 times already wala pa gihapun na-ayu.
