Yeah, but that doesn't mean he can't share it to his disciples. It could have been different if he said "ALL AUTHORITY IS FROM ME ALONE, WALA KAY LABOT PETER".
Matthew28:18Then Jesus came to them and said, "ALL AUTHORITY IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME.
This is how the Catholic Church babptizes its people.
Matthew28:19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
He is telling the disciples(people) to teach, not the Bible(book) to teach. Therefore it is very obvious that this refers to the Catholic Church who is tasked to teach the people to obey. For how can you teach if you were not sent. Jesus didn't send the Bible to talk, he send people to talk.

Matthew28:20and teaching them to OBEY everything I have COMMANDED YOU. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

    Matthew 16 (NIV)

18 And I tell you that you are Peter (= rock), and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades (or hell) will not overcome it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." (NIV)

I later learned rock was a symbol for something that lasted a long time or endured the elements hence, it can be taken to mean faith. Therefore, it is faith that builds the church (soul) that the gates of Hades (gates leading to death or sin, i.e. temptations) will not overcome.

Such a person will be given or granted the keys (has access or will find, i.e. insight, revelation, or will "know") of the kingdom of heaven (where God is, i.e. find Him in the heart and later perhaps, also a special place). The one who attains this is granted a certain authority from above (bind or loose in earth as in heaven). Also, a sincere person acts from the heart (heaven on earth).

In summary, the person who truly has faith is the one who incorporates it into his or her thoughts, feelings, and actions, i.e. practice in everyday life. It is love (verb, not noun) or practice of the teachings that nourishes and strengthens the soul and makes it overcome the tests which are part of life here on earth. A mature enough soul eventually choses the spirit over the body, and it will be fit for higher revelations or insight into the kingdom of heaven. The soul who has "arrived" has quite an authority similar to the prophets of apostles. I believe there are levels of attainment though.

Niingon ba diay ko nga naay authority ang mga apostles, niingon ra gani ko nga "Dili ba diay pwede ika share ni Jesus to Peter, so that whatever he bind/loose on earth, can be binded or loosed in heaven".

Unya kay gi allow man sa Catholic Church nga naay authority over the "Catholic Bible". So wala tay mahims. Pero FYI, naay biblical basis ang infant baptism, kapoyan nalang ko ug explain, research nalang sa offical Catholic Church knowledge basis.

    Only 2 possibilities:

    1. The Roman Catholic Church who claims succession of authority from Peter the Apostle.

    2. The church who declares that there has been a Great Apostasy (loss of authority) that occurred but eventually, at present time, this church has been restored.

    Not a possibility:
The Protestant church and all churches who have branched from it. Since the Protestant church is still a branch off the Roman Catholic church, it can't hold authority or claim succession of authority without admitting that its parent church (Roman Catholic) held that authority too.
