Old thread, but hoping someone would notice it...

I'm going through the same problems with the Prolink H9200... for some reason, there was a connection problem, and i called Globe up. By the afternoon, the tech guy calls back, and tells me to do a reset of the modem, which i did.

Now the modem/router doesnt' work right, as well as can only access websites and ftps, but not download torrents and others... also, the connection to my... AHEM... CDR King Wireless Router to it stopped working..

Would there be a tech savy person who could shed some light to this?

Do you mean that you can browse the internet but the torrents have slow downstream? If yes, enable the UPNP feature in your modem-router. Some UPNP feature of modem-routers are in OFF mode as their default, enable it.

By the way,is that true, you have CD-R King brand of wireless router?

Chipmunk888 yes, i've already enabled UPnP... wrong settings still. No downloads at all or anything. Even Rapidshare wala... and yes... CD-R King has a Wireless router, 4 ports pa... he he he tag 1300... i know what people say about CD-R King... pero they do have cheap stuff there... kung Linksys pa or Dlink, mga tag 3000 na ni.

I've tried it sa internet sa ako friend... may pa iya kay ni connect dayon... Simens nga Speedstream ang modem niya e... power daw ning gi issue nga H9200 sa globe... kuti lang gyud and config...

    Guys,

i'm also a Globe subscriber... had tried already with the speedstream & prolink and my experiences as follows:
--- speedstream .... cant work with 24/7 operation
--- prolink 9200..... doesnt have portforwarding feature. so will experience with a very poor downloads in dealing with torrents
