Imagine a license Engineer working in a Call center

I know its very hard to find job specially those who are fresh grad,
but sacrificing your degree(4-5 years in college) just becasue of a higher Salary on the spot... its a NO-NO for me. Nindot rana sa sugod pero after 6mos to 1 year...? hmmm
not unless you have UTANG to take care and family to PAKAON ... okay ra na...

kung pareha sab sa ubang agent nga pa-social-social lang.. cge buga or hit-hit sa iya cigarilyo... ay nalang ta...
hilas ray ga-ayo sa kana nga agent.

usa pa... ang trabaho sa usa ka agent is balik-balik ra ang problem or questions na gi-ask sa customers.
walay challenge only the shift ang maka-challenge hehehe...

Salary of a fresh grad sa ila field mag-start jud na sa gamay... after ana mag-anam na kadako...
kung dako na imo experience magkadako sab ang imo salary... ug di na mo ubos ug balik.
and most of all ang knowledge mo multiply... its up sa tawo kung unsaon nya pag-take advantage ana nga resources sa company.

I can work in a call center with no sweat.. but I doubt a call center agent will apply for my field... just my two cents...

Pero di nako mabiyaan akong trabaho para mo focus sa programming, cguro kon makaya na sa budget ug schedule mag self study nalang ug balik.

Related gihapon sa akong course kay IT/Helpdesk/Network Admin naman ko sa 2nd Largest Manufacturing Company in the whole world.

Yeah.. mao sab na ingon ako Trainor sa Call center... Kung maabtan naka ug years sa call center unya walay asenso
resign nalang... on my case they offer an L2 Position sa TSR after 6mos.. pero sorry nalang fixed na ako mind
ato wa ko plano magdugay samtang naa pay knowledge nga nabilin sa ako alimpatakan nga related sa ako field karun

is this the only call center in cebu that is downsizing/shutting downsizing. what about others.
