not exactly. uninhibited meaning they can SPEAK FREELY with the way they dress. that's good. they're not preoccupied with how people think of the way they look.

8. CHINDON-YA - A kind of music band that parades the streets playing music and advertises new shops or sales, like sandwhich men.

hi ye all.. i agree with the 8 fashion styles.. you can bring your checklist here in japan and u can have all of them checked in a day.. Shibuya is the melting pot for fashion here in Tokyo. There are many people that you will feel like pointing your camera at..hehe..
