Consider mga sundalo sa battlefield. Now who do you think is the wiser...the soldier who exposes himself to risk simply because "he is not afraid to die, or the soldier who cleverly slinks his way cunningly, avoiding exposure to enemy fire, and stalkingly hides--because he is AFRAID to get seen, for being seen means the enemy will have more chances of killing you, and that means, lesser chances for you to kill the enemy?
So if you think it's "sissy" or "bayot" to be afraid of death, think again--it's a natural mechanism for self-preservation, nothing to be ashamed of, in fact, very useful if you want to live a long and healthy life.
So yes, I fear death, because I don't lie to myself, and am a rational, thinking human being.
