kinsa kahibaw diri unsaon pg.gamit sa memory card sa VGS?..disabled man gud ang pg.create sa memory card ig.gamit nako sa ako VGS.

Maybe what you have is the demo version of VGS since most of its functions are disabled. Try looking for the full (or cracked) version of it. Or better yet just use another emulator, and I would suggest ePSXe, a good all around PS emulator with "save states" (save anywhere, and load from where you save) and not just save to mem card.
