anyways depende na sa imo experience ug expertise.. nya depende sab kung unsa ka lucrative imo acct..
some call center will match your price.. some call center dako toud sweldo pero imo benefits perte gamaya..
ila ra man sab na gi angay angay..

most call center here sa cebu starts 12-15t.. even sa etel CVG ug peoplesupport.. usually ang dagko pay na mga call center agent kana naa sa SALES acct cuz of incentives.. some acct sa eTel PS ug CVG kay sales.. dagko ug starting ang xlib k inHouse man gud na ilaha.. eperformax 12-14t ra man..

sa etel, dako jud sweldo and technical nila na dell. very stable ang etel, mao jud na akong ma say and observation.. you can earn up to 30k as basic maski agent lang ka. performance based man den naa ra nimo if nahan ka mapromote or continue as an agent lang. u can be promoted 4 times in a year.
i have no idea sa CVG kay wa man kaayo na sila technical, sales man den depende if performer ka.. pero dako sad daw na diha..
sa xlib, well sauna raman na na dako jud hehe.. wa ko idea unsa ila ways for promotions.. or increase.
sa Manila, dako diri and DELL pero patayon sad ka sa trabaho. daghan dako oi.

pero unsaon mana kadako sa sweldo if ur not happy wit wat ur doing.. maka bogo man gud kadugayan work sa isa ka agent.. balek2..

i think it depends on how you look at things...if you want high paying jobs, you expect more work loads but if you stick with 10K-15K call centers as agents, then it would be lesser loads. You get what you want ...

for me ocnvergys coz we get paid 3 times in a month..and evry 5th day of the month i get 10-25k dpending on my performance.. and our pay is around 9kto 12k evry 15th alone... ive been with etel... teletech and i sticked to cvg bec their pay is really good...
