@Der Fuhrer, i have installed an updated version of the video card and also the realtek sound card that you have said bro. And i think it is working because for the whole day, since it has not restarted yet. But i need to observe it for a day more. Thanks alot for your help bro. I really really appreciate it alot

    no offense ken2776

but this Der fuhrer thinks it AFFECTS all motherboards using the same REALTEK chip...

I DISAGREE with it...... All motheboard manufacturers should test their motherboard to avoid these THINGS.

So I DISAGREE with what he said that if MSI has this problem.... ABIT will also have it.....

I don't think so...... MSI have their own technicians.... ABIT also have their own technicians.... too baD MSI didn't detect it.

To simplify the problem since we found that this is not a hardware problem and you have legitimate Warcraft installers, then you should consult your problem with Software developer. Search for the blizzard website and post your problem there, don't forget to include your hardware specifications so that they can help you with your problem... Most probably they will send you a patch for your problem..

oh boy you wont quit..i wish i have a different mobo with me right now with a built in realtek ALC883 and test it with the same sound drivers & the same wc3 frozen 3 patch/version, but i don't so i'm not going to comment on that anymore. but until anyone can show me that that problem will not show up with a different mobo but the same sound card & drivers, then i stand by what i said. i have nothing against abit i actually prefer that brand over other mobos but you go around trashing msi like you know everything about them lol. peace & out

Im not TRASHING MSI.... JUST DON'T GENERALIZE.... if one manufacturer has a problem.... DON'T ALSO SAY OTHER MANUFACTURER'S WILL HAVE IT.....

Drivers are evaluated by each manufacturer.... that is their job.

lol look who's talking..you're the one who came in here generalizing that msi is crap after hearing about a problem (which you also generalized was caused by an installation problem with dota, and you are also wrong on that if i had to remind you) :shrugs: oh and here's some proof in case you 'forgot':

Ayaw PAG SURE kung ABIT..... kay THEY WILL TEST it because their REPUTATION will depend on it...... The buck stops here!!! ABIT will resolve it without blaming others.
uhuhhhh..maybe you're not generalizing here and just happened to know whats going on inside msi & abit's manufacturing facilities eh?

yes that is true..it so happened that the manufacturer realtek has a driver problem with one of its products.

q: who makes/releases the audio drivers for realtek sound cards in msi?
    a: its realtek.

q: who makes the audio drivers for every single mobo out there that uses realtek sound cards?
    a: it's also realtek.

q: what motherboards used realtek's buggy driver at the time of its release?
a: everyone of them unless the mobo is released after a bug fix of the driver was also released

q: how does the consumer fix a driver problem like this one?
a: download and install the latest drivers if they had already fixed it. otherwise be a good citizen and report the bugs/erros that you found.

q: am i wrong in any of this?
a: i dont think so, but if you can prove that i am wrong on something, please do. i'm always open to being corrected and learn something new.

now i believe the latest driver prior to the release of the said mobo here was the one with the bug, so msi bundled that driver in the installation cd. now you think they are crap for doing that, right? lets make a somewhat similar example..say dell manufactures PCs. they bundled a windows OS when they sold to consumers. windows happened to have tons of bugs. who's fault is it?

i hope you could at least make a semi-intelligent argument here so that at least this can be a positive learning experience for both of us. i dont know what your problem is but i just hope that you fix that..err..i dont know, maybe attitude of yours. g'night
