    I have Centos 5. This is a free re-compiled Rethad Enteprise Server 5 (RHEL5).

Email is built-in if you install it as server. If not, goto Applications/Add-Remove Programs. On the "Browse Tab" click Servers. Then check "Mail Server". Click "Optional packages" button if you want to add webmail or other MTAs.

Then add an MX record on your DNS server to point to this email server. This is important, this will tell all internet servers where to route via SMTP (25) all your mails to this server.

Then add usernames (useradd or "Users and Groups") on this machine.

Also be sure that service 25, 110 and 143 are open on your firewall and forwarded to this server.
