wowowee never grown up by keeping the writer of those songs and promoting bomtarattarat. The song is catchy but its moves again is borderline between malicious and not so wholesome.
The host may be a generous man (sori mom f i disagree with u) but it seemed forced upon him because of his misdemeanors (from tactless comments about women to the feb06 tragedy to child abuse). I don't find him fitting as a role model to my kids.
Balikbayans are shown giving him dollars- for the purpose that it be given away to the poor contestants. It seems like a form of exploitation of the masses just to get higher ratings. It is no longer entertainment for me.
Pardon my opinion above and sounding so self-righteous. but I wish there were something good i found in that show. Unfortunately I cannot find any.
Is it worth watching? For me not.

then ABS-CBN's TFC to GMA's own international channel.

By the way, no matter what those critics say about noontime shows that they exploit, take advantage, or whatever, it's purely show business. It's dog eat dog out there, so get the highest ratings as you can to stay alive in a competition. No matter how you take a look at its negatives, it's still fun to watch. No matter how controversial the host is, it's still fun to watch. The story is the show itself. Help people and get high rating. Done deal. Give up something valuable, receive something valuable in return.

I'm sure kung ing-ana imo situation sa kinabuhi, that you're less-fortunate and there's a show like that, of course you want to try out and hope for the best of luck aron makakuha jd ka ug something to live another day. That show is intended for the less-fortunate, they give hope and chance for them to improve their lives.

So, for the average and upper people who's got better education than them, shows like this takes something away from the poor, or should i say "exploit". There's understanding sad. But i don't think it's necessary to blow way negative comments on a show like this because they already established that space in the less-fortunate's heart.

sometimes being misinformed or holding incomplete information is dangerous..

Alita Pulga, the registrar of the LTO, made the clarification after a television station in Manila reported that the registration papers are bogus.

But while it was Revillame who was using the Ferrari, Pulga said the vehicle is not registered in his name. The Ferrari was registered in the name of its current owner.

The original owner was identified as Norbie Casile while the second owner was Ernesto P. Enriquez. The third and current owner of the luxury vehicle is Pedro A. Lanuza, but it is reportedly being used by Revillame, which could be the reason he was identified by Undersecretary Antonio Villar Jr. of PASG as the owner.

The two-door Ferrari is a 2006 model with engine number F136-102830 and bears the serial number ZFFEW58A660146444.

According to the LTO’s records, the vehicle was shipped to Cebu on Nov. 11, 2006 by EDL House of Imports based in Los Angeles, California in the United States, with Casile as consignee.

While the CP was issued by lawyer Maximo P. Reyes, the Port of Cebu deputy district collector for assessment, this was cleared by the Office of the Commissioner through William Dionisio of the Vehicle Importation Compliance Monitoring Unit.

Pulga furnished Sun.Star Cebu a Certificate of Payment (CP) of duties and taxes issued by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) Port of Cebu, but did not explain why Casile of 772 EDSA corner East Ave., Diliman, Quezon City paid only P1,000,075.00 in taxes when that Ferrari is worth at least P25 million.

It was also not explained why Casile chose to file entry at the Port of Cebu on Dec. 14, 2006 and register with the LTO in Cebu City on Dec. 18, 2006, when she is a Quezon City resident.
