i think your dreaming. because kung evidence sa abs mo hold pa sa court, nikiha nana sila. besides ang kiha sa gma is libel against abs dili ang ratings issue. klaro kaayu gi divert sa ABS ang issue sa katawhan. still ok lang kay maka bayad raman gihapun abs ana. sag nga na 15 million. ABS IS A DIRTY PLAYER

I did not comment on this issue before because I was waiting something substantial to talk about. Then the witness for ABS CBN came out last night. His testimonies are straight forward and very specific. GMA 7 issued a statement but it was a GENERAL DENIAL.

Looks like luck has run out of GMA. GMA 7 cheated just like its namesake President. Whew!

why would ABS file case against GMA when this ratings manipulation issue breached ONLY the contract between AGB Nielsen and ABS-CBN? in fact, ABS-CBN never mentioned a network in their press con when the were about to file the case against AGB.. why was GMA reacting? guilty?

did the court's junking of the case by ABS against AGB cleared GMA from the manipulation issue? NO!
