Well I am okay with the time basta mao dyud na nga time magsugod Kakuzu might make it. Problem is he might leave at 2 and i donno if he can make it sa 5. If ever kay ma disqualified mi kung ma missing usa? But i'll talk to him if makaya. If not then hmmmm.... Oh well. hehehe.

OtakuFest's DOTA Tournament Mechanics

1. Default mode is "Normal Pick" but if both parties agreed to have an all random mode, then it shall be done. The winner of the toss coin will be given a chance to choose between picking what side they want to be (Sentinel or Scourge) and will also be the team to choose the first hero. The loser of the toss coin will be second to choose their hero. The hero selection is done alternately until the two teams have 5 heroes each.

2. One (1) hour time limit. After the time limit if the team acquires mega creeps then they will be declared as the winner. After the allotted time there is still not a winning team, then the team with the highest number of towers remaining at this stage will be declared the winner. If there is a tie on tower kills, then the team with the highest number of kills will be declared the winner. If there is still a tie at this point, then there will be Team Face-off Phase. Each team's goal is to elliminate all of the other players heroes. The last team standing wins!

3. If a player gets disconnected the match will keep going and it will be treated as bad luck. Items of the disconnected player can be shared.

4. Feeding not allowed. The sharing of basic regeneration items, wards, consumables, and gems is allowed. The following items are the only shareable items:

· Sentry wards
· Observer wards
· Scroll of Teleportation
· Clarity Potion
· Flasks of Sapphire Water
· Chickens (for usage)*
· Ring of Regeneration
· Ring of Health
· Sobi Mask
· Void Stone
· Ancient Tango of Essifation
· Gem of Truesight
· Bottle

* Only the Hero unit that owns the Chicken will be the only sharable Hero/Summon unit.

5. In the event of a situation not covered by the rules the Head Admin will make a decision on the issue in keeping with the spirit of a just tournament and the interests of fairness.

The tournament will only accept 8 teams. First come first served.

We're still finalizing the program sched, but the important thing to note is that the cosplay competition is at 1pm-2pm* and the awarding ceremony is at 5:00-6pm*. The deadline of submission for the OCD hardcopy is at the time of the parade, which is at 10:00-10:15am* and the deadline of submission for the photography competition is at 2:30-2:45*
