Can religion stand up to the progress of science?

Science can explain everything, its always been there even before we existed......

But I believe that everything will be revealed in due time and everyone will be able to understand....

I also believe that in human form, we wouldn't be able to learn everything that will be revealed....thus in order for us to understand and learn......we need to be something else higher than human.

We've all heard this before.

What science can't explain, religion comes in.
It's all a matter of time before science can explain everything.

IMO, NO. Most studeis now (esp. sciences) doesn't include religion. In fact religion adapts modern technology all the time not the other way.

Anyway, basically religion is a foundation of faith and trust and Science is a thing of the future. Partly agreed on religion now is relying on technological discoveries - what else are we using to reach people outside if science hadn't invented the wheel. Don't mind me I'm just riding science all the way with God's grace.

Religion and Science are two distinct disciplines. Putting one above the other almost always ends in DISPUTE.
But if we use science (not creationist science) to understand everything that surrounds the story behind every religion, we may be able to find a point of reconciliation to our spirituality.

What i can say is. The Bible and Science go together. they dont contradict each other. If they do then, the so called scientific theory is not true science. There is a great confusion when we say science and the Bible becuase science does not include evolution becuase evolution is not a science, its a religion. it cant be tested by scientific method. I am not against science, im against the poison that creeps into science and that is evolution.it should not be called science. Again, Evolution is a religion not science, evolution and the Bible does not stand together either you believe in the Bible that in the beginning, it was God who created us or in the beginning there was nothing and we evolve into something.
