pygmalion is hilarious! hehe. pero sad pud kaayo no? naguol kaayo ko para sa character. a lot of insights can be gleaned from that book. i enjoyed it more that "the importance of being ernest".
ako sad, wa ko ka g sa the man who was thursday. ok ra ko sa start (gabriel syme is one of the coolest protagonists i have encountered, and his face-off with the anarchist bomber in that park was hilarious... i don't remember the dialogue but i remember laughing out loud while reading that...) pero surreal ra kaayo ang latter part sa book...

try out c.s. lewis's other essays... like the four loves or abolition of man... they're not hardcore apologetics, but they also contain a lot of clarity and wit...

unsay mas ok? goodreads or shelfari? i'm only using shelfari right now... i'm satisfied with their listing (but its intuitiveness and number of clicks per task could improve), but their social networking isn't really that powerful... i was hoping to connect with people with similar tastes on a percentage basis (i.e., how similar my listing is to the listing of others based on percentage). They only have comparison based on absolute number of similar books...
