dec 16-31 kay 3500...

depende sa hours worked man gud....

so kung imo basic pay is 6000, imo madawat sa december kay ur basic pay for the month with deductions and basic pay w/o deductions another 6000 npd... so mga 12000 madawat nmo sa december if nagwork ka for 12 months... sakto ba?

ur basic pay is defined as your fixed monthly income. Overtimes are add-ons for the extra work rendered while
deductions are for tax reasons.

If for example ur base/fix monthly income is 6,000...this is what you will get as ur 13th month pay. Note, 13month issupposed to be non-taxable. so for example if ur base pay is P6,000 - and assuming u have worked for one year -- u get clean P6,000.00 no more no less.

i ask our personnel about ani, sayop diay tong akong gi-post before...the 13th month is your basic salary gyud diay, regardless of daghan ka absent or wala...impossible ni mugamay sa imung basic salary but possible nga mudaku if dagahn ka ug overtime...
