This mainly depends on the level of expertise. If the IT people are more expert than the user, the user would have hard time bypassing the perimeter security. Otherwise, its just a walk in the park.
But let us remember that its not the bypass that matters most. Its the penalty of getting caught violating the company rules and policies. I dont think you would gamble your job just for the heck of one website.
