Already asked the opinion of the masters here regarding this lens...I need more inputs on what to choose bet the two lenses...galibog ko...hehehe...must not be wrong with my choice kay mahal kaayo ni nga lens hehehe

way labot na twinjet kay di na maduol nga lens mahal kaayo na...its like this the 4L, 4L IS and 2.8 non IS are on-sale here...30k for f4, 45k for 4L IS and 50k for 2.8 non IS...for me if there is big difference in terms of advantage for the 2.8 non IS compare to f4 IS then i will choose the 2.8...5k nalang kuwang 2.8 non IS na...

F2.8L IS... you can never go wrong...

but if it's too much for your budget, get the F2.8L non IS. you'll surely need the apperture for low lighting.

Rule of Thumb: 1/70 @ 70mm & 1/200 @ 200mm

sa IS at least you can stop down your speed to 3 stops to 4 stops man guro so its just like having a f2.8 gihapon pero ang bokeh lang ang difference.

I'm no cannon but logically your brand has 2 choices for each in terms of mm:f
IS and NO IS
go to 2.8L IS
