I guess dili ma replicate sa imitators ang fabric sa original. Naa man say mga imit diri sa amoa pero sa tinuod lang, I can't even tell if imit or orig. Maybe if I compare them side by side with an original one, then I'll know what to look at pero who cares anyway. As long as the person looks good and is comfortable with what he's wearing, that's all what really matters.

mahal ra ang lacoste, dili worth sa price,,,actually dili man ang product imo gi palit, ITS THE NAME, i really dont get the idea of people buying expensive apparels while there are a lot of products nga mas nindot pa sa lacoste and mas cheaper, for example, oxygen,they have really good stuff,i can buy a couple of poloshirts for 1 lacoste shirt,,,maybe people just want to be CLASSIFIED.

it SHOULD not be the brand but people buy branded things because it is synonymous to quality, some tradition and yes, for some, prestige.

for us purist Lacoste lovers, we understand the heritage and tradition that comes with the Lacoste brand. it is just a shame that some enterprising individuals mar the brand and adulterate the heritage by distributing bootleg versions of the shirt.

in terms of quality, personally, i have never worn a shirt as durable as a lacoste, not even Polo by RL comes close.

so when people wear fake Lacoste shirts, for them it is REALLY the brand. i would like to shift to other shirt brands like LL Bean, Brooks Brothers, Burberry or even Ashworth but it is kinda difficult to do so because Lacoste is a brand that just grows on an individual aside form having better quality than the latter all the more reason it makes purists torn and devastated.

IMHO, only Lacoste shirts and fragrances are of pristine quality. Personally, I find their shoes and bags to be poorly crafted but to some individuals, as long as there is a big croc stamped or patched out there somehwere then who cares right?

How will you differentiate an Original Lacoste Bag and Shirt from a fake one?

Story goes like this:
I went to SM ngadto sa ilang bazaar there was this lady who is selling Lacoste bags, she claims that they were original and I compared it with the other Lacoste bag sold there sa bazaar naa gyud kalahi-an sa ilang materilas na gigamit. Fortunately I didn't bought the bag kay kulang man ako kwarta na gi.dala hehehehe and when I ask her unsa d.i ang difference sa fake ug original I was not really satisfied with her answer. She just smiled awkwardly and answered me "kami raman ang nag baligya ani, Ang tag iya man gani sa (usa ka mall here sa cebu) g pakyaw man ako tanan bags", inside my mind "layo-a sa answer oi!"
