    Default how to get fat????!!!!


    How I wish I have fast metabolism as you have.... I suggest you eat more food (rich in protein and carbohydrates) and take complete vitamins ( centrum will do ). Drink milk regularly and sleep on time.

    wala man nako sunda ang tanan ninyong gipangadvice..... kabalo mo unsay nahitabo..... nisamot jud ko kadaot..... so effective jud ang tanan ninyong suggestions...... hehehehe......

    EAT! EAT! EAT! and EAT some more! bos, sa imong lawas nga paspas ang
    metabolism, eating three times a day is not enough. you have to eat a
    complete meal every 3 hours. so ingon ta sugod ka kaon sa buntag 8,
    kaon ka sunod 11am nya 2pm... atleast mga 5 meals a day bos, you also
    have to be active, dili na mahims nga sedentary o inactive ka, pick up a sport
    or better, go to the gym. your body needs water sad. drink 8-10 glasses a
    day. basta rehydrate yourself jud. ... nya lastly, REST! REST! REST! dont
    sleep late, wake up early and go to the gym. dili man sayun ang pamaagi,
    but in the end it really pays off. you'll look good and feel good! post unta ko
    pics sa ako lawas for proof, pro ayaw lang kay mapuno nya ako inbox sa
    mga PM sa chix.....

    how nice of you to share with me that very good advice...... pero mura ug lisud man na sya buhaton..... dont we have any other alternate solution for that?...... for a.... let me say busy person like me...... i am a student..... who doesnt have time for sports..... kun naa man gani..... kuan ra sad scrabble, chess...... hehehe..... the toughest sport that i am into..... is billiards ra jud tawn...... hehehehe......

    eating more than three times for me..... dili ko ka afford ana bro..... im just a simple poor man.... who is already happy eating 3 times a day..... and wud already be lucky..... if i hav snacks.....

    naa pa mo lain nga solutions?..... nga mofit sad sa para sa usa ka busy person......

    wat do you mean magpahuwas?... how daghan is daghan? 5 meals a day man daw.... according to one of the suggestions....

    hey we have the same problem as before..
    ang advise ako bros.. (effective nako).. paspasa ug kaon imong kan-on.. hehehehe.. ambot basta mao na ila advise...
    then try beer sumsuman nimo kay balot.. hehehee...
    nanambok na ko ron.. sauna maski unsaon kaon perti jud dauta.

    pero word of advice: careful sa imo wish.. you might want to take it back once u have it..

    robearth, slim man au ki before but I started gaining weight when I get married. Eat lang gud ug normal and have enaf rest, try ug slep ug udto gani mao na kuos makadako. Tru pud ug gym nya take ug amino para padako na cya.
