not a heavy exercise!!
Combination of push-ups, sit-ups/crunches, and some cardio.

lunges
bench dips - i do these all the time...great for triceps
jump rope is good for your bones
if ur gonna do sit ups, remember to keep ur stomach tight

ako sa una is 65 push-ups and 100 crunches. then lift weights for 15 minutes while doing the stepper or whatever it's called. i stopped for a month and i got so wide.
30 mins a day is a good start.
