All the banks here I've seen so far uses Dell Optiplex systems with the Small Form factor.

whether whos brand is better depends on what your requirements are. Personally, I'd go with dell. I find IBM expensive for my taste.

i would still have to go for dell. dili lang kay mao na ako laptop but nindot jud ang performance bisan sa akong desktop sauna. nakabati lang kay way klaro support sa Pinas mao pag-uli nako, naglisud ko request for CD installer of OS and drivers.
