1. playing Surprise Santa - so mo kalit lang ko panghatag ug gifts to strangers

2. decorating a tree for the birds - kung naa mi tree sa gawas sa balay, decorate-tan siya sliced fruits, popcorn, seeds , etc. for the birds (and ants)

ako... i make it tradition na sa akong kaugalingon..
i started it kadtong nag1st yr college ko..

since layo kaayo ang amoa,.. and then dili ko kauli always.. as much as i like..
so everytime mo uli ko ako jud suliton akong time.

akong dalhon sa karnabal sa amoa 23 sa gabie akong mga younger couz,pag-umangkon,
ug mga anak sa among silingan.

den sa Christmas eve,.. buhat ko ug programs para sa tanang bata sa amoa,.
bisan dili katoliko,.. sagul2 basta getugutan sa ilang genikanan,.. moadto jud sa among tugkaran.
duwa,kaon,xchange gifts, den sharing sa best nilang na achieve ana na yr.

and lingaw kaayo paminawon ug tan-awon ang mga bata!

i think i have started one already. i was walking along ranudo st. when i remembered to talk to the trees. i did and they talked to me. promise.

anyway, i was inspired/moved (by the trees, of course) to touch someone's life. there was a manong basurero who looked so old and tired and silent...my heart was pounding when he got close to where i was standing (waiting for him) and when he was right in front of me i handed him a bill and greeted him "merry christmas!" My i was so happy when he gave me a toothless smile...with all the wrinkles on his face...and greeted me back a merry christmas too. i hurriedly went inside a store as if i wanted to hide.

na unsa na to? ambot...it was weird. na ulaw ko nga wa ko kasabot. maybe i was just nervous i might cry right there. <-- now i am

anyway, the idea is to play santa. like there was this woman in the states who boarded buses just to distribute envelopes to the passengers. the envelopes had money inside of course.

haaay, ka nice unta naay mo saka sa jeep akong gisakyan, manghatag ug bills...*sigh*

maybe ikaw na na? (ug ako pud...dare)

its been 3 years na nga mag christmas ko sa trabahuan, uli ko buntag na...

but i make sure nga puno ug lights and christmas decoration ang amo balay.

ill try to cook spaghetti then kon naay manaygon sa amo-a tagaan nako sila ug candy nya pakan-on ug spag....dili ko manghatag ug money...i do it either on christmas day or sa new years day...

im starting another another one...i call it my friendship chain. i give a little something to each of my friends, then at a specific time on dec 25 we do the same thing, say say a prayer for each other. even more meaningful when it's done across time zones. but im sure my friends in the US and Canada would be more than willing to do this. *sigh* i miss them a lot.

nako na couz, tito and titas' manghatag ug warta.. wa pay labot na sa mga gifts
na akong madawat.
mao jud tong fave part nko sa una!hehehe
