Our sentiments with BDO is that bati ilang procedural system when you go to the bank. Mag linya ka for hours, walay priority-numbering system like UnionBank, PS Bank, etc. Kapoy kaayo ug barog. Labi na nang naa sa SM, sos, tag 2 hours imong waiting time, dili pa gyud ka ka lingkod kay ma-pulihan man ka sa linya. huh. Halos kami tanan diri sa ofis naglagot ana nga process nila.

milabay ko bdo tipolo an hour ago... waited there for 15-20 mins wala sa table ang moentertain, naa sad 3-4 gahuwat una pa nako... im only askin for the terms and requirements ra unta... pag abot sa baye another 10mins to entertain the 1s before me, pag abot sa ako turn, naa koy kuwang 1 ka requirement, she said sir naa kay kuwang mao ni... and then she left me hangin there... she didnt even tell me unsa pa lain kuwang like naa pay photocopy and everyting... she looked very busy, ako ra man ta iya kaatubang... hahai...

unlike sa bpi mabolo... they entertained me immediately the moment i set foot inside the building... they gave me a 30-minute orientation of the whole process... even the guards are very courteous...

banks w/ good credit cards services: HSBC and BDO (i never had BDO credit card but many of my friends told me nindot ang ila service)...
