we can only use retainers i think if nagbraces ka before kay para di makalitan imong ngipon inig tangtang sa braces...

advise nako ayaw lang ug palit anang non-functional bro kay basin mahayan na nimo ba maapitohan noon imo teeth... kay as what our dentist told us, "our teeth moves every 13 hrs" i am really sure if i got it right pero something like that.. not move na move cguro gyud notice na sometimes humok cya if imo itouch? something like that it...

by the way with the braces kang dra... i only need upper i had it before pero grabe 3 days ko wa kaon tarong wa ko kaagwanta... gusto ta ko karon... pwede cya installment? coz you will visit her man once a month for adjustments within the whole thing maybe it will last for more han 1 year...

how much iya charge kung installment.. and how much per month?
