two way radios has been around here sa pinas for more than 20 years...
ive been using one since i was a kid...now using motorola 2way radios for my photo assignments...easier to communicate with my crew around the area of events im covering...
motorola are more common and probably more reliable...
i know nutech in sm city top floor sells them...

    but phone with radio...wala...
besides the link you gave me works only for nextel...
manila raman naa inana...cebu no nextel...

and thats not exactly two way radio...signal is not sent from ur unit direct to the other unit...
its push to talk technology...in which most newer nokia phones also have but again local network doesnt support

NO SUCH thing...dili lagi na siya 2 way radio gyud as in the way we know 2 way radio...its a form of GSM PTT technology...iDEN technology to be exact in the case of motorola phones.
2 way radio dont need a carrier or network to communicate...
these things require a supporting cellphone network to work. thus even if you are a few feet away wala kayong signal no way to talk over the phone...better start yelling...

sorry not nextel...next mobile diay sa manila...which they refer to as Walkie-Talkie (quite misleading thus many has raised concerns bout that) but none here in cebu. all other companies in the world use the term direct connect or PTT...only next mobile in manila uses walkietalkie...tsk tsk...

iDEN technology is a dying technology...maybe another 3 to 5 years ma phase out na na...
